12th Annual Veterans Day Tribute

All staff are encouraged to join us for the City’s 12th Annual Veterans Day Tribute on Thursday, Nov. 11 at 11:30 a.m. in the Byers Theatre.

Retired USMC Lt. Col. Roni A. Meyerhoff is the keynote speaker. Lt. Col. Meyerhoff retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2013, after a 23-year active-duty career that took him to more than 40 countries in a variety of assignments and environments. In his final overseas tour of duty he was the Commander of the Marine Corps Logistics Command in Afghanistan.

Returning as emcee for the event is U.S. Army veteran, Sandy Springs resident, and former WSB anchor John Pruitt. The Sandy Springs Police Department and the Sandy Springs Fire Department Honor Guard will also participate in the tribute.
