Benefits Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is an annual process that gives you the opportunity to enroll in new benefit plans or make changes to your existing coverage. The Open Enrollment period runs October 19 – November 1, 2020 ~ with an effective date of all changes: January 1, 2021.

Open Enrollment Virtual Meeting Schedule

• Session 1:  Monday, October 19 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
• Session 2: Tuesday, October 20 from 8:30 am - 10:30 am
• Session 3:  Wednesday, October 21 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
• Session 4:  Thursday, October 22 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am
• Session 5: Friday, October 23 from 11:30am - 1:30pm

Please check your email from Employee Benefits Coordinator Gwen Spruiell (dated 9-29-2020) to select the session you would like to attend. The meeting will be recorded for those who cannot attend during one of the scheduled times.
