The City's retirement system is undergoing a system migration from MassMutual to Empower.
The migration from the legacy MassMutual system to the Empower platform is almost complete. Empower will start the data migration of the City's plan Friday, October 28th, after market close.
During this period participants will be able to view accounts and balances, but transaction requests will be unavailable until after the migration is complete. It is estimated to be complete by close of business on Tuesday, November 1.
If your access was approved and you do not receive the emails with your username and password, please call Empower client services at 877-694-4015 and say, “Login help.”
