IT Training to Protect the City's Network

To ensure staff remains properly informed and up to date on the tactics used by malicious actors to try and breach the city’s network, IT will be pushing out a training regarding Social Engineering Red Flags next week.  This training will be coming from Knowbe4 and from the email address do-not-reply@training.knowbe4.com and can be considered safe to interact with.
