We're forming a Document Working Group to discuss how we use the Sandy Springs Document Library and the City's broader document strategy.

Topics will include:

 - A City-wide reference number system

 - Standardization of reference number/date placement

 - Document ownership

 - Branding review

 - Digitizing forms

 - Broader document strategy (long-term document retention, filebound, meeting documents etc.)

If you want to participate in the Document Working Group, contact Jason Green through Microsoft Teams or email. The number of participants will determine how we organize the group, so that we can hear everyone’s thoughts and ideas.
